Our long rectangular tables are perfect for larger numbers of guests, or choose smaller round tables for a more intimate setting. Hosting a baby shower, wedding shower, 4th of July party, or other fun event? Enjoy a casual outdoor setting with our event rentals, set up in your yard or other outdoor location. We take the stress out of planning your event with our delivery, setup, and next day pick up of our rental items. Just add you event decor, and you will be ready to host a fun and memorable party.

Our tents, tables, and lighting provide the perfect backdrop for your event decor. Add your florals, balloons, signs, etc.. to complete the look, and get ready to party!
Your rental items will be delivered on the day and time agreed to during our planning phase. We will set up out tents and tables in the area you select. We pick up the next day.
In the days leading up to your event, please make sure your location is ready for our tents and tables to be setup. This may include lawn maintenance, sweeping walkways, etc..
Once the plan is in place, we will send an invoice for your deposit to hold your date on our event calendar. Deposits are 20% of your total cost.
We will work with you to plan your event and make selections for your location and number of guests. We have many options to choose from to create the perfect setting.

• No Storm Shelter: Tents are not for use
in severe weather (high winds, lightning).
• Evacuation Plan: Customer must have
one and evacuate guests if needed.
• Company Right to Delay/Move: Based
on weather conditions.
• Set up time will be discussed 2 days
prior to event -
• Customer must be present on site to let
us know where they would like the set up
• Fees for delays, extra labor, movement
of initial stake down and customer
not present, or non-standard
delivery/pickup.
• Return items clean and dry and stack
up together
• Fees will be applied if we need to
remove and clean any of the rental
items at pick up time
• Deposit: 50%, non-refundable deposit
to secure your booking
• Final Payment: Due day of event or
1 day before.
• Accepted Methods: Credit card, Zelle, cash.
• Late Fees: Apply for overdue payments.
• Partial refunds are only given 14 days
prior to event date
• Penalties for last-minute changes
or cancellations – customer is still
responsible for all items that were
initially booked for the event –
NO REFUNDS
• Customer Responsibility:
Liable for damage, loss, vandalism, misuse.
• Police Reports: Required
for theft/vandalism.
• Utility Marking: Customer must call
“JULIE” to mark gas, water, electric lines
before stakes are driven.
• Site Conditions: Level ground, clear
access; extra fees for difficult locations
or surfaces.
• Permits: Customer responsibility to
obtain necessary permits.
